Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website and the assessment on it. By using the site you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Hundredfold, a consulting practice run by Jeff Victorino, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Contact: jeff@hundredfold.com.au.
Using this website
You may read the content and use the assessment for your own business purposes. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.
Information, not advice
Everything published here is general information about AI workflows and professional-services delivery. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, security, privacy or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to adopt a particular technology in your business. Your circumstances are specific and you should get advice that accounts for them.
If you work in a regulated profession, nothing here overrides your own professional, licensing or ethical obligations.
The assessment and its results
The assessment produces directional guidance based only on the answers you enter. It is deliberately short. It is not an audit, a diagnosis, a security review, or a commitment that any suggestion is suitable for you. Treat the output as a starting point for a conversation, not a plan you should act on unexamined.
A result is shown on the page. If you choose to email it, we validate and calculate the result on the server before sending it to the address you provide. See the privacy policy for what happens to what you type.
No performance promises
Hundredfold does not promise that any workflow change will produce a particular financial return, time saving, capacity increase, quality improvement or client outcome. Where this site discusses potential benefits, those are illustrative rather than forecasts. Any figure that is ever presented as a measured result will say so, and say how it was measured.
Engagements are separate
Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into an engagement, and completing the assessment does not create a client relationship. Scope, fees, access, confidentiality, review responsibilities and deliverables are agreed in a separate written agreement after a conversation about fit. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement prevails.
Consulting engagements are quoted before any work starts, and we do not begin work or charge anything on the strength of these website terms alone.
Intellectual property
The content, wording, diagrams, brand and assessment on this site belong to Hundredfold. You are welcome to quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Please do not republish substantial parts, or reproduce the assessment as your own, without permission.
Third-party links and services
We sometimes link to other organisations' material, including primary sources for claims. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Availability
This is a small practice's website. It may be unavailable during maintenance, and content may change or be removed without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful. That includes the consumer guarantees that services be supplied with due care and skill, be fit for a purpose made known to us, and be supplied within a reasonable time. Those guarantees can apply to business customers as well as individuals, and we do not attempt to contract out of them.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, Hundredfold is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on the general information published on this site, including the assessment output.
Where our liability for a service can lawfully be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again, or paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, for example if the site adds a feature or if the law changes. The version that applies to you is the one published when you used the site, and the review date at the top shows when it last changed. Changes are not applied retrospectively to anything already agreed with a client.
Where you have a written engagement agreement with us, these website terms do not vary it. That agreement can only be changed the way it says it can.
Status of this document
This is written in plain language to be accurate about what this site does and does not offer. It is not legal advice and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be reviewed before the site takes on any commercial commitment or collects payment.
