Founding Client Program · Assessment-led

One important workflow. A clear baseline. Evidence before expansion.

The Founding Client Program is a small number of close, CTO-led engagements for professional-services businesses with a repeated workflow worth improving. It is introduced after the assessment and a fit conversation, not through a separate public application.

The work

Bounded enough to learn from.

Each engagement concentrates on one high-value workflow, rather than trying to “transform” everything at once.

The rhythm

Six to eight weeks.

Assess the current work, agree the baseline, design the workflow and controls, then implement or run a controlled pilot.

The standard

Human review stays visible.

Ownership, source material, approval points and exceptions are part of the design, not an afterthought after a demo.

Who it is for

A business with a real work problem, not a vague appetite for AI.

A strong candidate has a senior person repeatedly involved in delivery or review, work that follows a recognisable pattern, and a practical way to see whether the new workflow helped.

  • An executive sponsor and workflow owner can participate.
  • The current process happens often enough to observe.
  • The business can provide appropriate context, access and review.
  • There is a plausible connection to capacity, turnaround, quality, rework or client experience.

These are fit criteria, not guarantees. The assessment begins the conversation.

The engagement

  1. 01 · AssessUnderstand the job, its inputs, decisions, exceptions and current hand-offs.
  2. 02 · BaselineAgree how the current workflow is measured before calling a change an improvement.
  3. 03 · DesignSpecify what the system prepares, what remains human, and how output is checked.
  4. 04 · Pilot or implementMove into a controlled working rhythm with clear ownership and review.
  5. 05 · Measure and hand overReview what changed, what still needs attention and who owns the next pass.

Questions

Selection, not a sales trick.

Is this a free program?

No public commercial term is implied by the program. Scope and any engagement terms are discussed only after the assessment and a fit conversation.

What makes a workflow a fit?

It is repeated often enough to observe, meaningful enough to matter, bounded enough to improve safely, and has an owner who can help define the baseline and review the output.

What happens after the assessment?

The results provide immediate guidance. Where there appears to be a credible workflow and the timing is right, Hundredfold may invite a discovery conversation.

Next step · The assessment

Start with the workflow, not the program.

The assessment helps show where repeated work, missing context or review burden may be creating a useful starting point.
