A qualification conversation, not a short audit. We check that the workflow recurs, that the decision-maker is involved, that the workflow owner and the data can be reached, and that there is an outcome worth measuring. No report comes out of this call.

A working session on the real workflow. The report that follows maps and ranks the opportunities, names the recommended first workflow, and sets out its baseline, target, constraints and practical next step.
