Hundredfold is a sole-operator consulting practice run by Jeff Victorino, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. If you would rather just ask, email jeff@hundredfold.com.au.

What we collect

Only what you type in, plus standard technical information:

  • Assessment answers about how work runs in your business.
  • Your first name and email address, and optionally free-text notes, if you choose to enter them.
  • Basic technical data that any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health, financial account or identity-document details through this website.

The assessment

The assessment gives you a result on the page. If you choose Email my results, we send your first name, email address, assessment answers and any free-text note to our server so we can send you a copy and notify Hundredfold about the enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list as part of this process.

The result is based on the answers you selected. We validate and calculate the score again on the server before it is emailed, so a changed browser request cannot change the result we send.

Why we collect it

To generate your assessment result, to reply if you have asked to be contacted, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade in it.

Where it is stored, including overseas

This site is hosted on Vercel, which operates infrastructure in the United States and other locations outside Australia. Standard server logs are therefore processed overseas.

Assessment result emails are delivered through Resend. Resend processes the email address, message content and delivery metadata needed to send the email, and may process that information outside Australia, including in the United States.

We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

Who else can see it

Jeff Victorino is the only person who accesses information sent through this site. Service providers involved in hosting, email delivery or scheduling may process it as part of providing that service. We disclose information otherwise only where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and assessment submissions are kept while there is an active or reasonably foreseeable conversation, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Access and correction

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email jeff@hundredfold.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.

Client data during engagements

This policy covers the website. Consulting engagements involve a business's own confidential material, sometimes including information about its clients, and that is governed by the engagement agreement rather than this page. The standing commitments are:

  • Access is limited to what the agreed scope actually requires.
  • Client material is not used to train third-party models, and tooling is configured accordingly.
  • Where a workflow produces output that reaches a client, a person remains accountable for reviewing it.
  • Access is removed and working copies destroyed at the end of an engagement on request.
  • Confidentiality, data location and retention terms are agreed in writing before any access is granted.

Data breaches

If information held by us is lost or disclosed without authorisation, and that is likely to cause serious harm, we will assess it promptly, tell you as soon as practicable, and explain what we recommend you do. We will also notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We give this commitment voluntarily, and we hold ourselves to it whether or not the notifiable data breaches scheme applies to a business of this size.

Email and marketing

We do not add anyone to a mailing list without being asked to. Every commercial message we send identifies who sent it and how to reach us, and includes a working unsubscribe link.

Unsubscribing will never require you to log in, create an account, or give us any further personal information, and we action requests within five business days.

Contact and complaints

Privacy questions and complaints go to jeff@hundredfold.com.au. We will acknowledge and respond directly. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Our privacy obligations, stated plainly

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), businesses with an annual turnover of $3 million or less are generally not bound by the Australian Privacy Principles. On current turnover, that exemption applies to Hundredfold.

We are telling you that rather than implying otherwise, because overstating our legal position would be its own kind of dishonesty. Our commitment is that we handle personal information as though the Australian Privacy Principles did apply, and this policy is written to that standard. Some obligations bind us regardless of size, including the Spam Act 2003 for marketing messages and the Australian Consumer Law.

This document is not legal advice and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
